My First Five Years – Fairy Edition (Baby Record Book) Review
All in all, I think this is a very well designed book. I’m not 100% positive that I loved the spiral bound look- makes it feel a little too much like a notebook- as if the pages could/should be removable- but other than that it’s just beautiful! The images and neutral color scheme adds just enough without being overbearing. It feels timeless and classic and is simple to understand and fill out. As a professional photographer myself, I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a beautiful keepsake that will become an heirloom, should you choose to add a bunch of your photos or keep personal photographs minimal. Just what I was looking for.

Leica Collectors Guide: 2nd Edition (Hove Collectors Books) Review
For First Edition: This book has many construction dates, history, and pictures of Leica lenses. Includes reasonably big pictures of many lenses to give you the sense of physical character of the lenses. Seems to cover all old lenses and new up to 1994. Only seems to have information on 35mm ASPH and not other Asph lenses or on the newer lenses. For the used buyer you should get the Leica Pocket Book by Erwin Puts with this or before this book. Sartorius book “Identifying Leica Lenses” is also helpful for used buyer. Also has a list of serial numbers up to 1988. Includes info on old leica copy equipment and many other accessories with pictures of much but not all items. It has Visoflex information. Includes R & L body information and pictures. Production numbers given when available. Lacks opinion comments which can be a blessing or frustrating depending on what you want. I wanted opinion or reputation of lenses which this does not attempt to cover so I give it a 4. Others wanting a construction facts book may rate it a 5.

ABCs of Violin systematically teaches how to play a violin. The DVDs show clear instructions and demonstrations, and provide useful hints. The price is very good too. With this price, you can barely take a 30-minutes violin lesson from a teacher. You can either learn to play violin with this book/DVD set or use it as supplementary materials if you’re learning with a teacher.

This is the best book I could ever find. It’s excellent. I was looking for something like this because in Mexico it is very difficult to find topics about sketching but this is it.It is clear, it gives you examples, it has exercises, and comments that can help you to improve your work. It is usefull since you are a begginer or if you have better skills. Please congratulate the author for me.

Wedding Photography, 2nd Edition: Art, Business & Style (A Lark Photography Book) Review
I purchased this book more for style than technology. I would be the wrong person to give good tips on the equipment chapter in this because I didn’t read it. However it is covered. As for style this came to me highly recommended but it missed the mark that I was looking for. There are really great tips for the beginner in here and if you are thinking about the Wedding Photography business this book is great for you. If you’ve been around for a while this book is not for you. All others go for it…
